Red Cross volunteers are everywhere, seen and unseen. The organization is fueled by an impassioned group of trained and empowered volunteers. Each and every volunteer is a dedicated soul who has invested in training so that they can do their job successfully.

As a non-profit organization, the American Red Cross accomplishes 98% its services through volunteer work. The American Red Cross of Greater Grand Rapids is able to save nearly a million dollars each year thanks to its volunteers.
